As long as we can provide progress toward the desired goal of top ten ranking status for our customer, which will be based solely on the sites upward momentum in the search engines, then PageTrends can continue to optimize the site until this goal is achieved.
If PageTrends can not provide proof of upward momentum, we are obligated to submit a full refund to our customer with no questions asked.
In other words if PageTrends can not back up its ranking promises, the customer does not pay, but as long as PageTrends can provide proof that the site is definitely moving toward the direction of top ten ranking status, then PageTrends can continue and is obligated to continue providing development to the customer until the promise is attained.
