1. Should I open an online store?

2. What is the difference between Merchant Ready & Offline Ecommerce?
   Merchant Ready Ecommerce enables your site to process transactions in real time and send those transactions through your API directly through your merchant's gateway and into your bank account. Offline processing, while still a secure trnasaction site, will only record information needed for processing and send that information into an Order Admin for processing later. The later of these two options is less expensive, and our systems can go to realtime status by choosing the realtime option. Both systems will validate the card, but the offline will not verify availability of funds in a card holder's account.

3. What software do I need to get started?
   Nothing, except for the browser you are using to view this page. If you know how to point and click, you're ready to start.
   
   
   
4. Do I need to know HTML to build my store?
   No, you don't. The bundled shopping carts are also store building tools. You don't need to know any HTML or programming.
   
   
   
5. How long will it take for my store go online?
   Once you place your order, you can start building your store within 24 to 72 hours. This is the time needed to activate your domain name (if it is new) and to spread information around the world about the physical location of your site on the Internet. If you have a new domain name, this process takes 24 to 48 hours; if you are transferring your domain from another hosting provider, it takes 48 to 72 hours. Once you start building the site, it doesn't take long. Sites with just a few products can be set up in less than an hour. For most stores, however, it takes from a few hours to several days. 6. Do I need to sign with PageTrends for a minimum term?
   No. You are on a monthly billing schedule and can change, upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
   
   
   
7. Will my store be registered with search engines?
